How to make an appointment

Appointments for all AACCS locations are scheduled through AACCS’s Alhambra office:              (626) 457-2900    

For toll-free calls from outside the San Gabriel Valley area: (800) 970-1112

If no one is available to take your call, leave a message with your name and phone number.  We make every effort to return your phone call within 24 hours.

To protect your confidentiality, please let us know if you would like us to refrain from identifying ourselves as calling from AACCS should we need to leave you a message.  Also, because an Intake Counselor must interview you regarding your particular needs and circumstances, please do not email your request for services.

What happens after I leave a message?

An Intake Counselor will contact you to take essential information in order to match you with the most appropriate therapist to fit your needs.

Factors we consider for the match include the nature of the problem, your preferred AACCS office location,  scheduling preferences, cost considerations (such as insurance, economic hardship, etc.), and the availability of the therapist. Gender, language, and age preferences are also considered.

An assigned therapist will then contact you shortly after the intake to arrange your first appointment.
